Is your phone eSIM-ready?

An EID means the chip is there
The EID is your phone's embedded-SIM serial number. Seeing one proves the eSIM hardware exists — just make sure your carrier hasn't locked the phone to their network before you travel.
Or check Settings → Cellular / Network for an 'Add eSIM' option.
