Install on iPhone

  1. 1Open Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM while on Wi-Fi.
  2. 2Scan the QR code from your email with the camera.
  3. 3On arrival, turn on the eSIM line and Data Roaming.

After purchase we email you a QR code. Open Settings → Cellular (iOS) or Network & internet (Android) → Add eSIM, and scan the code. Installation takes about two minutes. We recommend doing it on Wi-Fi before your trip.
The validity period starts when your eSIM connects to a supported network at your destination, not at purchase. You can install it days before you travel.
Most phones from 2018 onward support eSIM (iPhone XS+, Galaxy S20+, Pixel 3+). Dial *#06# and look for an EID number. If you see one, you're compatible. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
Yes. Your eSIM only provides data; your regular SIM and phone number stay active, and WhatsApp keeps working with your existing number.
Yes, while your plan is still active: open My eSIMs and tap 'Top up data' to add more, with no new QR code. Once a plan has fully expired it cannot be topped up, so you buy a new one.
