How do I install my eSIM?
After purchase we email you a QR code. Open Settings → Cellular (iOS) or Network & internet (Android) → Add eSIM, and scan the code. Installation takes about two minutes — we recommend doing it on Wi-Fi before your trip.
When does my plan start?
The validity period starts when your eSIM connects to a supported network at your destination — not at purchase. You can install it days before you travel.
Will my phone work with an eSIM?
Most phones from 2018 onward support eSIM (iPhone XS+, Galaxy S20+, Pixel 3+). Dial *#06# — if you see an EID number, you're compatible. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number?
Yes. Your eSIM only provides data; your regular SIM and phone number stay active, and WhatsApp keeps working with your existing number.
What if I run out of data?
Open My eSIMs in your account and tap 'Top up data' on your active eSIM to add more — no new QR code needed.
Can I get a refund?
If your eSIM hasn't been installed and you're within the refund window, yes — see our Refund Policy or contact support and we'll sort it out.
