Buy as a guest with just your email, or open a free account for wallet and rewards. You can delete your account anytime.
Payments go through Stripe, and EU right-of-withdrawal rules apply to refunds.
Fair-use and prohibited-use rules keep the network fast for everyone.

Welcome to RedSim eSIM, operated by Forceplay OÜ (an Estonian company registered in the European Union). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (redsim.app), mobile application, and eSIM services. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms in full
You agree to be legally bound by these Terms
You are at least 16 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services, create an account, or download our application. You may contact us at support@redsim.app with any questions before agreeing.

2. Our Services

RedSim eSIM provides digital mobile connectivity services, including:

Core Services

eSIM profile provisioning and remote activation
Local and global data packages for travel
Instant digital delivery, no physical SIM card required
Real-time data usage monitoring
Customer and technical support

Service Coverage

Network coverage, speeds, and availability vary by destination, local network operator, and device. We act as a reseller and intermediary for underlying network services provided by our partners. We do not own or operate the underlying mobile networks.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

Account Requirements

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
Use a valid email address to which you have access
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Not share your account with others
Notify us immediately at support@redsim.app if you suspect unauthorized access

Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

Account Deletion & Termination

You may delete your account at any time using any of these methods, all of which trigger the same permanent process described in our Privacy Policy:

In-app: Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account
Web (self-service): redsim.app/legal/data-deletion, verify ownership with a one-time email code, no app required
By email: a request from your registered address to support@redsim.app

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your personal data is anonymised; financial records are retained in anonymised form only where law requires (up to 7 years). Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited upon deletion. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment Processing

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required
Payments are processed securely by our PCI DSS-compliant partner (Stripe)
We do not store your payment card details
Your transaction is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized

EU Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Important, Digital Content Notice (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)):

Your eSIM is not activated automatically when you buy it. You choose when to install and activate it, any time before the plan’s validity period ends. Until then it stays unused, and:

Your 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full while the eSIM is unused, if you have not installed or activated it, you can cancel for a full refund.
When you choose to install or activate the eSIM, you ask us to begin supplying the digital content. Performance then begins at your request, and the statutory right of withdrawal stops applying to that plan.
An eSIM profile that has been installed on your device cannot be returned.

In short, our refund policy is:

Unused eSIMs are refundable. If you have not yet installed or activated the eSIM, contact us for a full refund.
Faulty eSIMs are covered. If an installed eSIM never connects to any network despite a compatible device and correct settings, you are entitled to a remedy under your statutory rights, which may include a refund, even after installation.
Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded.

Refunds are not issued for installed, activated, or used plans that worked as described, expired plans, unused data on a working plan, redeemed gift-card or bonus credit, or problems caused by an incompatible or carrier-locked device.

Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Estonian law. Full details are in our Purchasing Policy.

There is no self-service cancel or refund button in the app. To request a refund, contact us at support@redsim.app (from your registered email, with your order number) or message us on WhatsApp (available in the app).

5. Service Limitations

By using our services, you acknowledge the following inherent limitations:

Network dependency: Service quality depends on local network availability in the destination country, which is outside our control
Speed variability: Data speeds vary by location, network congestion, and network provider
Coverage gaps: Coverage may be limited or unavailable in certain geographic areas
Device compatibility: eSIM functionality requires a compatible, carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase
No voice or SMS: Unless explicitly stated, our plans are data-only and do not include voice calls or SMS services

6. Fair Use Policy

Our services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use data in a reasonable manner consistent with normal travel usage.

Not Permitted

Commercial resale or redistribution of data services
Continuous high-volume streaming designed to deplete data or strain network resources
Using the service as a primary fixed home or office internet connection
Automated or machine-generated data consumption

Consequences of Abuse

We reserve the right to throttle speeds or suspend service for users violating fair use
Unused data does not roll over to the next period unless explicitly stated in your plan
Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any of the following:

Illegal Activities

Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Harassment, threats, or abuse of other individuals
Distributing spam, malware, or unsolicited communications
Infringing on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others

System Abuse

Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our systems or applications
Unauthorized access attempts to our infrastructure or third-party networks
Bypassing or circumventing any security, authentication, or restriction mechanisms
Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions

Consequences: Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
Scheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability; we will endeavor to provide advance notice where possible
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary
Material changes to paid services will be communicated in advance

9. Analytics, Crash Reporting & Marketing Attribution

Our app and website use third-party services to measure usage, diagnose crashes, and attribute paid-acquisition campaigns. Specifically:

Google Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics, for product analytics and crash diagnostics
Singular, mobile measurement and ad-attribution partner
Meta (Facebook), conversion attribution via SDK + Conversions API

The data we share with these partners, the legal basis, and how to opt out are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, Section 4 (Information Sharing) and Section 8 (App Tracking Transparency). On iOS you control whether these partners receive your advertising identifier through Apple’s ATT prompt; you can change your decision at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, technology, and materials associated with RedSim eSIM, including but not limited to the mobile application, website, logos, and proprietary systems, are the exclusive property of Forceplay OÜ or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forceplay OÜ shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Service interruptions caused by third-party network operators
Damages resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, government action, war, etc.)
Losses resulting from your failure to follow account security best practices

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific plan giving rise to the claim.

Note: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Estonian or EU law.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Resolution Process

Step 1, Contact us first: Email support@redsim.app. We aim to resolve all disputes within 30 days.
Step 2, EU Online Dispute Resolution: If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, EU consumers may use the European Commission’s ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (as required by EU Regulation 524/2013).
Step 3, Courts: If the above steps fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. When we make material changes, we will notify you via:

An in-app notification on your next login
An email to your registered email address
A prominent notice on our website

The updated Terms will take effect on the date shown at the top of this document. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account before the changes take effect.
