Delete my account

Delete your RedSim account and personal data, from here, in the app, or by email.

How to delete your account

You can delete your RedSim account and the personal data we hold for it through any of the paths below. All of them trigger the same permanent deletion.

Option 1: Delete now on this page (no app needed)

Verify that you own the account with a one-time code sent to your email, then permanently delete it right here.

Option 2: In-app

  1. Open the RedSim app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section near the bottom.
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 3: By email

If you cannot access the app or this page, send a deletion request from your registered email address to support@redsim.app, subject Account Deletion Request. We will respond within 30 days as required by GDPR (Article 12).

What happens when you delete

  • Personal data (name, address, profile photo, push token, advertising identifiers IDFA / IDFV / GAID, and linked Apple / Google identities) is removed within 30 days.
  • Your email address is replaced with a non-routable placeholder so the account cannot be re-opened.
  • Linked Apple or Google sign-in identities are revoked, so the same social login cannot reach this account again.
  • Your custom user identifier is unset on Singular and Meta, and we stop sending events tied to your account to any analytics partner.
  • Any wallet balance is forfeited per the Terms of Service in effect when you accepted them.

Data we are required to keep

Financial records (orders, top-ups, refunds, wallet transactions) are kept in anonymised form for the period required by Estonian tax law and EU accounting law, typically up to 7 years. After this period they are permanently deleted. This retention is mandatory and cannot be waived.

Reactivation

A deleted account cannot be restored. Re-signing-in with the same email creates a brand-new, empty account.
