Since Pixel 3 (2018). Some Pixel 3 and 3a models sold in Japan, Taiwan, Australia or Southeast Asia have no eSIM. Every Pixel from the Pixel 4 on supports it.
Check in SettingsOpen Settings, then Network & internet, then SIMs. If you can add or download a SIM there, your Pixel supports eSIM.
