Which iPhones support eSIM?

Since iPhone XS (2018). iPhones sold in mainland China have two physical SIM slots and no eSIM, and the same goes for most models sold in Hong Kong and Macao. Every other iPhone from the XS on supports eSIM.

Check in SettingsOpen Settings, then Cellular. If you see Add eSIM, your iPhone supports eSIM.
