My QR code did not arrive

The QR email normally lands within seconds of your payment. If it is not there:

  1. 1Check Spam and Promotions, then search your inbox for "RedSim".
  2. 2Your QR code is also always available in your account and in the RedSim app, under your eSIM.
  3. 3Still nothing after 5 minutes? Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we resend it right away.

Already installed it once?

A QR code installs exactly once. If the eSIM is already on your phone, the same code will not scan again, and that is normal. Fix the connection in settings instead, see the setup guide.
