When does my plan start?
Your plan starts when the eSIM activates, not when you buy it. Buy whenever you like, then set it up shortly before you travel.
The validity countdown (for example 15 days) runs once the plan is active, so we recommend installing it shortly before your trip rather than weeks ahead. Turn on data roaming when you land and you're online right away.
Tip
Keep the eSIM line turned OFF until you land. That way it cannot accidentally connect earlier, for example during a layover in a covered country.
