Privacy and the GDPR

RedSim follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the data needed to deliver and support your eSIM, such as your email address and your orders.

We never sell your personal data. Your card details never reach us either: payments are handled by Stripe.

Your rights

Companies that process data for us are bound by data processing agreements, and transfers outside the EU rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you think we got something wrong, write to support@redsim.app. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or to the data protection authority in your own country. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
