Slow data speeds
Your eSIM automatically picks a local network, but sometimes it attaches to a congested one. Three things to try:
- 1Make sure 5G or LTE is allowed for the eSIM line in cellular settings, not 3G.
- 2Switch networks manually: cellular settings → network selection → turn off automatic and pick another supported operator.
- 3Toggle Airplane Mode after moving location, cells hand over better after a fresh registration.
If speeds stay unusable, message support with your location and a screenshot of a speed test, we check the network status for you.
