Running low? While your plan is still active, top up in seconds: the data goes to your existing eSIM and no new QR code is needed. We also message you at 80% usage so you can top up before it runs out.

After your trip

Turn the eSIM line OFF in your phone settings so it stops searching for a network. Once a plan is fully used or expired it cannot be topped up or reactivated, so for your next trip you simply buy a fresh plan.
