How refunds work
You get 100% of your money back in two cases: your eSIM did not work and support could not fix it, or you simply have not activated your plan yet and it has not expired. No forms, no waiting games.
- 1Message us on WhatsApp or email support@redsim.app with your order number.
- 2We first try to get you online, most issues are fixed in minutes.
- 3If it cannot be fixed, the refund goes back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Changed your plans?
Bought the wrong destination or cancelled a trip? Any eSIM you have not activated is fully refundable as long as it has not expired. If you prefer, we can also swap it to another destination or credit your wallet instead.
