Delete my account

You can delete your account anytime under Account → Settings → Delete account, or by emailing support@redsim.app from your registered address.

Deletion is permanent: active eSIMs stop working, and any remaining wallet balance is lost. Personal data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy, purchase records we must keep for tax law are retained for the legal period only.
